The speech, which was held at the same location where Trump held his speech in connection with the storming of Congress, delivered some of the last heavy messages for the election campaign.
This is someone who is unstable, obsessed with revenge, consumed by grievances and seeking unlimited power, said Harris, and continued by talking about Trump having "lists of enemies" that he intends to prosecute.
After she started with direct attacks on her opponent, Harris shifted her focus and repeated, among other things, that those who work hard should be able to afford to buy a home. She also returned to the question of abortion, one of the Democrats' main issues during the election campaign.
The idea that a woman who has survived a crime against her body should not have the power to decide what happens to her body after that is immoral, said Harris.
According to her campaign, 75,000 people were present to see the speech, a figure that could not be confirmed.
