Multiple banks lower mortgage interest rates

Swedbank and Länsförsäkringar are lowering the mortgage interest rate on loans with binding periods between 1-10 years.

For Swedbank, the interest rates are being lowered by between 0.05 and 0.40 percentage points. A loan with a one-year binding period is being lowered by 0.40 percentage points to 4.34 percent. Loans with a two-year binding period are being lowered to 4.04 percent, previously 4.44 percent.

At Länsförsäkringar, the interest rate for one-year mortgages is being lowered by 0.35 percentage points to 4.34 percent. A loan with a two-year binding period is being lowered by the same amount to 4.04 percent.

Landshypotek Bank is also lowering all mortgage interest rates, including the floating interest rate with a three-month binding period.
