Skandia lowers the interest rate on mortgages with fixed terms. This applies to interest rates with binding periods of one, two, and three years. The reductions are between 0.07 and 0.18 percentage points.
The variable interest rate and five-year interest rate remain unchanged.
The reason for the adjustments is changed market interest rates, according to a press release.
