Olympic Games boxer Nebil Ibrahim has advanced to the quarterfinals in the 57-kilo class. This after winning in the round of 16 against Wasim Abusal from Palestine.
Ibrahim won on points with 5–0 after the judges' assessment.
In the quarterfinals on Wednesday, Ibrahim will face the toughest possible opponent, in the form of world number one Abdumalik Khalokov from Uzbekistan.
