The proposal involves four to five large-scale reactors for 400 billion kronor. The state will cover 75 percent of the cost in the form of loans. At the same time, the nuclear power companies will be guaranteed a purchase price of 80 öre per kilowatt-hour. If the electricity price is below, the state will top it up; if it's above, the companies will instead pay into the state.
