The Swedish Swimming Federation is extending the contracts of a total of four coaches.
In addition to Aronsson and Lutula, Carl Jenner and Johan Wallberg will also be staying on.
All of them had expiring contracts and have extended them by 2+2 years.

Aronsson came in as the new national team captain in February 2021 and doesn't see anything strange about the contract not being straight through to the Olympic Games in Los Angeles 2028, but rather divided.
I think it's good to have some requirements and to go through what you've delivered during your period, she says.
The Swedish national swimming team has achieved great successes in recent years, with Sarah Sjöström naturally being the hub, but also swimmers like Louise Hansson, Sophie Hansson, Michelle Coleman, and Erik Persson winning international medals in long-course events.
Moreover, the men's swimming team has gotten a boost thanks to a focus on relay teams. In Paris, Sweden had a men's team in the Olympic Games for the first time since 2008.
Antonio Lutula has also become a key person as head coach at NEC, the national elite center, in Stockholm.
He has helped Sarah Sjöström take further steps in recent years and was awarded as Europe's best coach last year by the major American swimming site Swimswam.
Sjöström took Olympic gold in both the 50 and 100 meter freestyle in Paris and has taken a competition break this fall.
