6:21 PM SOS received a heart stop alarm at 10:30 AM in Fröslunda, Eskilstuna. It turned out to be a 30-year-old woman whose life could not be saved. At the scene was a man who the woman was familiar with through some form of relationship.

As there were unclear circumstances surrounding the death that needed to be investigated further, the man was arrested and later detained in the evening suspected of murder or causing another person's death.

Police are now working further with interrogations and door-to-door interviews to clarify what happened. Additionally, a forensic examination has been conducted. Next of kin have been notified.
