A police patrol signals to a moped rider to stop the vehicle, which this person ignores.
Shortly thereafter, the police stop the scooter, which upon inspection is found to be stolen. The driver, a man in his 40s, is suspected of theft of transportation equipment, unauthorized driving, and driving under the influence of alcohol. He is taken in for a body search.
