Man arrested in Morjärv.
The police are contacted regarding a drunk man outdoors in Morjärv, Kalix municipality. A patrol unit goes there and takes him into custody according to LOB, the law on the custody of intoxicated persons. He gets to sleep off his intoxication in the police arrest.
