Under the morning, the police checks a driver of a car who lacks a driver's license. The man is also suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and is taken in for a drug test.

A report is established regarding drug driving, minor narcotics offense through personal use, gross unauthorized driving, and gross violation of the Knife Act. The car is seized according to the Road Traffic Offences Act TBL 7 § to prevent further criminal activity.
