Police have been alerted to a wild animal accident on county road 321. A car is said to have collided with an elk. One person is affected, who is reportedly awake and able to speak. The police are on the scene.

Update 19:33: The driver has been injured with minor injuries.

There is no suspicion of a crime in connection with the accident.
