Police have handled over 70 events between 22:00 and 07:00 in Östergötland County.

Attempted murder/assault, Norrköping

At 22:50 on Tuesday evening, the police were alerted to an address in Ljura in Norrköping.

According to initial reports, a woman is said to have injured her husband with a sharp object.
A man with injuries is found on the scene. He is awake but is taken to hospital by ambulance. The suspected woman is arrested and later detained.
The scene was cordoned off for investigation overnight. The classification of the crime is attempted murder or assault.

Police have also handled wild animal accidents and traffic controls, as well as conducted various routine checks on their own initiative or in response to public alarm.
