According to initial reports, it involves a car that is said to have been rear-ended by another car.
15:05: One of the passenger cars is standing on the approach road and needs to be towed. Traffic is restricted. 
16:30: No one is reported to have suffered serious injuries in the accident. The driver of the rear-ended car, a man in his 20s, will be fined for not maintaining a safe distance from the preceding vehicle.
