Vid 21:12 on Thursday evening, an SOS alarm sounds that a car is lying on its roof and burning, in a dike on Valdhultsvägen in Vaggeryd municipality.

Rescue services, ambulance, and police are called to the scene.

21:16: Reports indicate that no one should be left in the car. The driver is awake and able to communicate.

21:30: Rescue services confirm that the fire has been extinguished and the ambulance is checking on the driver.

The road is closed until 21:50. The car will need to be towed and is currently obstructing the road.
