22.08 Assault, Umeå:
Police patrols are dispatched to a hotel in central Umeå where a man is reported to have been threatening and to have assaulted another man after which he left the scene.

The suspected man, who is in his mid-twenties, is found and apprehended. He is suspected of being under the influence of narcotics. A report is filed regarding assault, illegal threats, and minor drug offenses (use).

The police have also conducted checks on individuals and vehicles that did not result in any suspicion of a crime.
