We receive reports of an accident at a substation on Change Street.
The alarm comes in via SOS. Rescue services, ambulance, and police are alerted to the location due to something having exploded at a substation, according to SOS. One person has received an electric shock and is being taken to hospital in an ambulance, arm injuries, awake and speaking, according to report.
