A car has been driven into Mölndalsån at Vädursgatan in Gothenburg in a traffic accident. A man in his 25-year-old is said to have ended up in the water. The man has himself taken himself out of the car through the windshield and up from the water, and has managed to escape without serious injuries.

The car will be salvaged from the river and divers are on the scene and preparing for the handling.

The police will file a report on reckless driving in traffic.
