Sarek, a man who is out and hiked is said to have fallen and broken his arm.
The man needs help getting to healthcare. The on-duty officer initiates a mountain rescue with the support of the LSO (Act on Protection against Accidents). Due to bad weather, the man cannot receive help on Thursday evening. The weather improves on Friday. A helicopter is sent out and can locate the man. He is airlifted to Kvikkjokk where he is taken over by the road-based ambulance. The operation is concluded.
