Police have handled over 40 incidents between 22:00 and 07:00 in Södermanland County. No serious violent crimes or major incidents have come to the police's attention.

Police have, among other things, handled wildlife accidents and traffic controls, as well as conducted various routine checks on their own initiative or following reports from the public.

Police were called to a burning truck
At 06:30 on Friday morning, police responded to a burning truck on E4, near Tystberga, in Nyköping Municipality. The fire could soon be extinguished, and it is unclear why the fire started.

The driver of the truck has not suffered any injuries. The truck is traffic hazardous and will need to be towed. Contact with a tow truck is being made at 07:00. There is currently no suspicion of a crime.
