Reports are coming in about individuals suspected of using narcotics in central Umeå.

Police head to the center and find and check a woman suspected of being under the influence of narcotics. A test is performed and the result will show if a crime has been committed.

A report regarding minor narcotics offense, personal use, will be prepared. The case will be handled with the working method of faster prosecution.
