On a footbridge between Södra and Norra Strandgatan in Gävle, a man is pushed into Gavleån, where he remains for a longer period before he manages to pull himself out.

When the police arrive at the scene, the man is severely hypothermic. He is transported by ambulance to the hospital, where he is later heard by the police patrol.

A report is filed regarding assault with an unknown perpetrator.
