Police head to the scene and find the man. He blows positively in the police's breathalyzing instrument and is suspected of drunk driving, alternatively gross drunk driving. The man is allowed to accompany the police for further testing, after which he is driven home. The police take possession of the man's driver's license. A report is prepared.
