Carlos Alcaraz, the Spanish player, is through to the semifinals of the French Open tennis championships.
The 21-year-old defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece in three straight sets, 6–3, 7–6, 6–4.
In the semifinals, Alcaraz will face Jannik Sinner, who will take over the number one spot in the world rankings next week.
After the win, the Spaniard took the time to praise his upcoming semifinal opponent.
