The US Vice President Kamala Harris received harsh criticism from demonstrators gathered outside a hotel in San Francisco where she held a meeting with important donors to her presidential campaign on Sunday.
"We are here to condemn our elected officials' hypocrisy, Murderer-Kamala and Genocide-Joe!" shouted a young woman, reports CBS News.
The demonstrators were mainly people who would normally be inclined to vote for the Democrats, if it weren't for the war in Gaza. But many Palestinians see a vote for Kamala Harris as a continuation of the government's acceptance of Israel's military actions in Gaza.
At the demonstration, the participants demanded an immediate ceasefire and arms embargo against Israel.
