A wheelchair-bound man drowned in the harbor basin in Sundsvall at the end of August. Now the prosecutor is dropping the preliminary investigation into suspected murder.
"There is no reason to suspect a crime", writes the Prosecution Authority in a press release.
Four people have been detained as suspects during the investigation. All have been cleared from the investigation.
The prosecutor believes it was a matter of an "accident that in this case had a tragic outcome".
