Eight people have been arrested on Sunday for preparing to commit murder, gross weapons offence, gross illegal threat, and assault in the course of legal proceedings, according to the Prosecution Authority.
The suspected individuals are all young men residing in Södertälje.
Two of the men were arrested on probable grounds, while the remaining six were arrested on a lower level of suspicion, reasonably suspected.
In other respects, the authority is tight-lipped about the case, which, according to several media outlets, has connections to gang crime in Södertälje.
