The EU countries' foreign ministers are called in to an extraordinary digital meeting at 5 pm on Monday evening to discuss the situation in Lebanon, announces a spokesperson for the EU's foreign chief Josep Borrell.
The meeting is intended to give an "indication" of how member states think the EU should act next.
