When the Prime Minister has taken part of the report, he will discuss the matter with the responsible Minister, who is the Minister for Civil Affairs, Erik Slottner (KD).
Then we will return with an analysis, says Kristersson in connection with a press conference.
The Prime Minister is pressed by journalists on site whether he thinks what happened will harm The Moderate Party and if Kinberg Batra is a burden for the government.
I'm not drawing any conclusions today, this has just happened, I'm not a person who draws big conclusions before I've even read the document. But as I said, it's serious criticism, Anna Kinberg Batra has previously said herself that it's a confidence crisis that's unfolding, says Ulf Kristersson.
Until further notice
The Chancellor of Justice is clear in its criticism and it's not unknown circumstances they have examined. What more do you need to look at?
I have respect for your haste, it's part of your job. In my job, it's also to think and read documents before I have firm opinions.
Civil Minister Erik Slottner says in a written comment:
"We have always been clear that it's Anna Kinberg Batra's responsibility to now restore confidence in the County Administrative Board in Stockholm County. The government has confidence in all agency heads until further notice".
He continues:
"We have previously said that the Governor must take the criticism directed at her in a clear manner".
Out on the track
The Social Democrats believe that the Chancellor of Justice's criticism of Anna Kinberg Batra is "extremely harsh".
Now the Prime Minister and the government must take action. Ulf Kristersson must answer the question of whether she can stay, says Ida Karkiainen (S), chair of the Riksdag's Constitution Committee.
Do you think she can stay?
We are cautious about demanding the resignation of agency heads in opposition, it's the government's responsibility to handle its agencies.
But given all the information that has come forward, we see that the conditions for her to stay are very small, says Karkiainen.
