SOS alarm was triggered on Thursday morning when a 30-year-old woman in Eskilstuna suffered a cardiac arrest. Her life could not be saved.

On the scene, the police patrol believes that there were some unclear circumstances, says the police's press spokesperson Johnny Gustavsson.

In the residence where the woman was found, a 40-year-old man was also present, with whom the woman had some kind of relationship, according to the police. On Thursday evening, the man was arrested, suspected of murder or alternatively causing another person's death.

The investigation is still in an early stage, and during the evening, interrogations will be held with, among others, the suspect and ambulance personnel.

I want to emphasize that we are very interested in what the forensic medical examination reveals and what puzzle pieces it can give us in the investigation, says Johnny Gustavsson.
