The crisis-stricken airline SAS has had its reconstruction plan for the Swedish part approved by the Stockholm District Court, writes SAS in a press release.
As a result, all of the company's shares and hybrid bonds will be redeemed and withdrawn, according to SAS.
SAS has therefore also applied for delisting of the company's existing shares and hybrid bonds from the stock exchanges in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo.
