They, the parent company Ellos Group AB, are applying for bankruptcy. The operations of the subsidiaries and the brands Ellos, Jotex, and Homeroom, as well as the payment solution Elpy, will not be affected.
"The ongoing processes are not expected to affect Ellos Group's business relationships or operations, nor will they affect suppliers or employees," writes Ellos Group in a press release.
The bankruptcy application was submitted on Monday to the Borås District Court.
