Austin Butler plays the lead role as Benny, the freedom-loving and rough motorcyclist who is torn between loyalty to the Vandals gang led by Johnny (Tom Hardy) and his wife Kathy (Jodie Comer). The inspiration for the script comes from a photo reportage from the same time, which lends authenticity to the drama as the gang goes from being outsiders to becoming criminals.
Jessica Chastain plays the lead role as Sylvia, a social worker who meets the peculiar Saul (Peter Saarsgard). Their unexpected meeting at a class reunion becomes a reminder of the past and weaves their lives together. The drama has been well-received at festivals such as Venice and Toronto.
Debuting director Zoë Kravitz has said that she wants to explore the power dynamics between men and women with her new thriller "Blink Twice". The plot revolves around a tech billionaire who invites a pair of waitresses on a luxury vacation to his private island. It starts as a fun party but soon turns dark.
Film director Roy Andersson and his three brothers Kjell, Ronny, and Leif are the subject of Johanna Bernhardson's family chronicle (Leif is her father) where she tries to reunite the brothers. A documentary about working-class heritage, alcohol, and sibling relationships.
