A young woman in Borås is being prosecuted as a suspect for a dozen false alarms to SOS Alarm and 1177, reports P4 Sjuhärad.
The woman admits to having made some of the calls but denies the crime.
The radio channel has previously reported on the so-called "multiple-ringing" that rings SOS Alarm and reports crimes and accidents that have not occurred and takes the focus away from real alarms.
Pyschological illness or seeking contact is often the reason why people ring in false alarms to 112, according to information to the channel.
