In central Karlstad, a police patrol has stopped a driver. The driver, a man in his 30s, has in the control left a positive test in the sampling instrument. The test shows that there is alcohol in the exhaled air, which is why a decision has been made to take the man in for evidence testing. Analysis will reveal whether the suspicion remains.
