Beaten aggressive man taken into custody after assault at the emergency room, Karlskoga hospital.
The police were alerted to the emergency department where a man in his 40s had attacked another male patient with punches and kicks. Staff on site managed to hold down the aggressive man until the police arrived. The man was arrested for intoxication (LOB) and will now sleep off his intoxication in police custody.
The man who was assaulted got hurt in one leg and one hand as a result of the assault. The injuries were not deemed serious.
The arrested man is now suspected of assault of a normal degree.
