No major incidents or violent crimes have come to the police's attention overnight.

A vigilant citizen alerted the police

03:32 The police were alerted by a vigilant person who heard a thudding sound coming from a bicycle storage room on Västra Storgatan in Jönköping. In connection with this, just before, two people had been seen getting out of a car. Four minutes later, the police arrive on the scene and find two men aged 55 and 35, respectively, in the storage room, neither of whom has a natural reason to be there.

The men are suspected of theft through burglary and a search of their car is carried out.
