A man in his 18s was stabbed outside a grocery store in Alingsås on Friday evening. He is being treated at the hospital.
He was stabbed in the back and was awake and able to talk when he was loaded into the ambulance, says police spokesperson Jens Andersson.
A suspected perpetrator in his 15s was arrested about an hour after the incident. The boy is being held on suspicion of attempted murder or manslaughter.
