Masked pro-Palestinian activists barricaded themselves in a building at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm on Friday afternoon.
Police entered the locked room and removed the activists. 19 people have been arrested.
According to TT's reporter on the scene, the activists were lifted out of a window one by one. They resisted, but no serious violence occurred.
A total of 19 people have been arrested. The charges are illegal entry, disobedience to authority, and vandalism.
While the police operation was underway, demonstrators outside the building chanted, booed, and shouted "shame on you". By 2:30 pm, the police had removed the flags set up by the activists and closed the windows.
At 3 pm on Friday, the activists were still waiting in the building for transport, according to the police.
The building is part of the student union's house on the campus area. The police set up cordons around the house where the activists had hung up Palestinian flags and chanted "Palestina, Palestina".
In a post on Instagram from the activist group "KTH for Palestine", a video shows a flag being unfurled from the student union building.

A person active in one of the student groups, who was removed from the building, says that the activists have tampered with locks.
Friday's action is part of a series of protests that have taken place in cities such as Lund, Umeå, Växjö, and Stockholm University.
Last week, several people were arrested in connection with a pro-Palestinian protest outside KTH. According to the police, the demonstrators lacked permission and several of those detained are suspected of committing crimes against the law on mask mandates.
