Anna Kinberg Batra will retain her employment at the Government Offices until February 2029, when her appointment expires. With the employment comes her current monthly salary of 122,400 kronor, an income of almost 6.5 million kronor if she stays for the entire period.
She will now be placed at the Government Offices, where several other former directors-general are placed.
At the Government Offices, the former executives are assigned new tasks, often some type of investigative mission. How long they stay can vary from a few months to several years.
