Football matches have been cancelled and Valencia's arena Mestalla has become a help centre.
Now Moto GP has decided that the season finale on Circuit Ricardo Tormo will not be held as planned.
"We stand together with the region of Valencia after the devastating floods. Our hearts are with those who have lost their lives and those who have lost so much", writes MotoGP in a statement on the website.
The race was intended to be held on November 17. A new track will be "communicated as soon as possible".
Over 200 people have been confirmed dead in flood-stricken Spain, most of them in the region of Valencia. People are still missing since the storm hit on Tuesday.
