The anger comes after a statement by Macron, where he called for a stop to arms deliveries to Israel as long as the war in Gaza continues.
I think we should prioritize a return to a political solution today, and stop delivering weapons used in Gaza, said Macron on French radio on Saturday.
Netanyahu was not impressed.
Has Iran introduced an arms embargo against Hezbollah, against the Houthi movement, against Hamas, or against its other allies? Of course not.
But countries that claim to be opponents of this terror are calling for an embargo against Israel. What shame!
He continued:
Their shame will continue long after we have won. Be so sure, Israel will fight until the battle is won. For our sake, and for peace and security in the world.
