I just want this day to be over, says a person living near the accident site to Aftonbladet.

The three deceased are said to be in their late teens. The woman, also in her late teens, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. According to Region Norrbotten, she has been moved to a ward.

It's so tragic. Great sorrow, says a woman to Expressen in connection with a memorial service.

Another woman who Expressen spoke to describes one of the deceased:

I've known him since he was in diapers. He didn't do any harm. He was calm, kind, and skilled in school.

The municipality's Posom group (crisis group) is on site at Porsö church due to the serious car accident.

Support is available and support is being provided, says Stefan Olofsson, priest and representative for the group.

The alarm about the single-car accident came just after 1 am on Sunday morning. When the police arrived at the scene, the passenger car had rolled over and was lying upside down. It is unclear if there are any witnesses to the accident.

I cannot say if there are witnesses, it's too early to say, says Maria Linné, the police's press spokesperson, earlier on Saturday.

All those involved are from Luleå municipality.

The police will investigate the cause of the accident. The car has been seized for technical examination and interviews are being held. The accident is being investigated as reckless driving.
