A man in his 50s who was arrested was found dead in his apartment in Lund at the weekend has been remanded in custody by the Lund District Court.
The man who has been remanded in custody was stopped by police in Malmö at 1 a.m. on Saturday. At the time, the deceased man had been discovered after tips from people who had called the police and alerted them, according to Sydsvenskan.
He was arrested the same night and later detained on probable cause suspected of murder.
