Two teenage boys were arrested after threatening to stab a minor girl if she did not perform the sexual acts they forced her to. Now, both boys are convicted by Malmö District Court for gross child rape.
The incident occurred outdoors in the Nydala residential area in Malmö in February.
One of the boys is sentenced to one year of youth supervision, the other to ten months of closed youth care.
The exposed girl is under 15 years old.
Several witnesses were questioned in connection with the crime, and there has been several evidence against the boys – including sperm traces from the crime scene and communication via social media between the suspected boys and the girl.
One of the boys is also convicted of child pornography, offensive photography, and obstruction of justice in addition to the rape.
