After nearly 2.5 years, it is completely decided who will take the medal in the figure skating team event at the Olympic Games in Beijing 2022.

The USA gets gold, Japan silver, and the neutral Russian team bronze.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) has rejected Canada's request for disqualification of the Russians, so Canada will not move up to the bronze spot.

The Russians won the team event, but when Kamila Valieva was revealed to be doped, her results were removed from the team event and the Russian team was demoted to the bronze spot.

Since February 2022, there have been legal battles in the case, and a few weeks ago, Cas rejected the Russian appeal.

The medals will be awarded during the Olympic Games in Paris. On August 7 at 17.00, there will be a medal ceremony at Champions Park.
