The Republicans' Donald Trump was not impressed by competitor Kamala Harris' first interview as a presidential candidate with CNN during the night towards Friday Swedish time.
"Sad!!!", reads the brief review via Trump's own social media platform Truth social after the broadcast.
Earlier in the night, he also claimed that she "rambled incoherently" in response to questions, but agreed with her statement that she has not changed her values. Because of this, he believes that the USA will become a "wasteland" if she wins the election.
In the interview, Kamala Harris promised, among other things, that as president she would take a tough stance on illegal immigration and continue to support Israel. In a gesture of unity, she also said that she plans to include a Republican in her government.
