The actor Ulf Brunnberg attempted to register the trademark Dynamit-Harry but was rejected by the Patent and Registration Office, reports Expressen.
Ulf Brunnberg, 77, played Ragnar Vanheden in the "Jönssonligan" films. Dynamit-Harry was played by Björn Gustafson, 89.
The reason for the rejection is that Dynamit-Harry can be confused with other trademarks that have Harry in the name.
”It is not possible to register a trademark if it resembles other distinctive signs”, states the decision, which was made earlier in June, according to Expressen.
