A man in his 70s is suspected of drunk driving.
The public alerted the police due to the man having driven onto a sidewalk in central Kristinehamn and behaving in an impaired manner after getting out of the vehicle.
During the control, the man blew positively in the breathalyzer and was taken in for further blood tests after a decision on a body search.
The suspicion concerns current drunk driving.
