Theft and seizure of vehicles at a gym in the Kasen district.
A woman stole a wallet and a pair of car keys inside a gym. The woman then left the premises in the car to which the keys belonged. The woman was reportedly accompanied by a man. The stolen car was later found, with no one inside. The incident is being investigated as theft and theft of a vehicle. No one has been arrested yet, but there are suspects in the case.
