7:14 PM Police were alerted about an ongoing assault in the Söder district of Huskvarna. A 70-year-old man is found with injuries, not life-threatening, at the scene. The perpetrator has left the scene on foot and has not been apprehended.

Police have cordoned off the area for a technical investigation. The classification of the crime is grievous assault.
